Nuggets take the Northwest Division!

A big win tonight for the Nuggets over the Kings, 118-98.  J.R. Smith scores 45 points and goes from 11-18 from three point land.  That was one short of the NBA record of 12 in a game and breaks the nuggets record of 9 in one game.  Nuggets now at 54-27 look at taking the last game of the year to break the Nuggets francise record of 54 wins in a season.  Portland looks to be one of the hottest teams going into the playoffs, but the Nuggets should bring them down to earth on Wednesday.  That game tips at 8:30 mountain time on ESPN, but since its ESPN, it will be around 8:45.  The good news is for us Nuggets fans that cant STAND ESPN's broadcasts, it can also be seen on Altitude.  Im looking forward to the game, if the Nuggets can stay tough on defense, their offense will do the rest of the work and should lead them to a big record setting win.  The Nugz control their destiny, with a win, they seal up the number 2 seed in the west and most likely play Dallas, but we shall see Wednesday night!
