Well, did we get lucky or what. Dallas smacks Houston in the early game which clinched the number 2 seed for the Nuggets. Which maybe was the reason the Nugs really didn't show up in Portland last night. Portland had something to play for, the 3rd seed. After the Houston loss, the Nuggets had no reason to go out and beat Portland. Final score, 104-76. Portland got off to a fast start... Nuggets down at one point 21 points! Denver did come back to get it down to 5 points then Portland began making it rain from beyond the arch. So, congratulations to the Trailblazers for clinching number 3. We get the number 2 in the west and will be playing...... thats right, the New Orleans Hornets. This will be a good series. Here is the schedual for the series... My prediction? Nuggets in 5. This is not last years Hornets and a revamped Nuggets team, should be a somewhat smooth series I think the Nuggets can get threw. Lets go Nuggets!
